Questions, answered.

How do you price your services?

Bookkeeping and payroll are billed at a fixed monthly fee based on transaction volume and number of employees. Tax returns are quoted per return. You get the price in writing before we start.

Can you catch up on books that are behind?

Yes. We bring prior months or years up to date, then move you onto a regular monthly schedule. If returns are overdue, we prioritize what reduces penalties and interest first.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. Most clients work with us entirely online through video calls and a secure document portal. In-person meetings are available on request.

What software do you work with?

We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero and can connect your bank feeds, payment processors and receipt apps. If you are on spreadsheets today, we can help you move.

I received a letter from CRA. What should I do?

Do not ignore it, and note the response date. Send us a copy and we will explain what it means and what CRA needs, and respond on your behalf if you authorize us.
